Beware and make sure you ask detailed questions upfront. The owner, Lakhwinder, added unexpected charges after the rental, including an additional $150 cleaning fee on top of the already required $100 prep fee, claiming there was excessive sand—which was not accurate.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide every guest with a great experience. As outlined in our listing and rental agreement, the RV is expected to be returned in the same condition it was provided, including being reasonably clean and with the agreed fuel level. Unfortunately, additional cleaning and refueling were required after this rental, and the corresponding charges were applied according to the stated policies. We understand that not everyone will agree with these charges, but they are applied consistently to all guests. We appreciate your business and wish you the best in your future travels.

Very nice well kept trailer. Owner was very helpful answering multiple questions and great at explaining the operation of the trailer amenities.

Lakhwinder was an awesome host! The RV was in fantastic shape and he explained how to operate the unit very well. We would absolutely rent from him again!
