Bill and Joel are simply wonderful. From the very first message they made us feel at home: flawless communication, on-time delivery right at Denver International Airport, and a clear, patient walk-through of every system on the RV.
Mid-trip we asked to extend the rental by a few days, and they handled it instantly — no friction, no fuss, just genuine willingness to help. That flexibility and warmth made all the difference.
The RV itself was perfect — clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. Everything worked without a single issue.
But beyond the service, the real highlight was them: honest, generous, and genuinely caring hosts. We left feeling like we had made good friends.
If we’re ever back in Colorado, we’ll book with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Bill and Joel.

The layout was ideal for 2 people. One of our favorite features was the large sink. The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower felt like a home shower. There is plenty of storage so it was easy to keep things organized. Communication with Billy and Joel was instantaneous- great hosts!

We had a fabulous trip with Betty White and highly recommend renting from Billy and Joel! Our trip was with our young family of two elementary aged kids and two adults. Betty White was very comfortable with the two adults in the Queen in the back and the two kids in the loft Queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, gas stovetop (4 burners), Keurig, and sink. There are plenty of plates, cups, silverware for a party of 6. We were first time RV drivers and Billy and Joel provided a great orientation including a video they have made of Betty White that we were able to refer to throughout our trip to troubleshoot how to use different functions in the RV.

The RV “Betty White” was well appointed and became a comfy home for our week exploring Colorado. It was well cared for, with a tire getting fixed before our arrival. It handled a variety of roads easily.

This was our first RV trip and our first booking with Outdoorsy.I'll start with the great:
First and foremost, Billy and Joel are wonderful. They communicate very quickly and checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. Since it was my first experience with a RV, they patiently walked me through every function of the RV. They taught me the basics, but also walked me though how to fill tanks, run the generator, extend the slide out, and empty gray and black tanks. Some of this can be a little daunting for a newbie, but they made sure I was fully comfortable with everything before I left the lot. The RV itself is 5 years old and while not mint, fully functional and well appointed.So why only 4 stars? We had an incident during our trip where someone got something out of the refrigerator and forgot to place the latch over the door. As we were driving around a bend, the door swung all the way open and in doing so, the front of the refrigerator pressed against a pin in a latching mechanism located just beside the refrigerator resulting in a 1/4" sized, round dent in the stainless steel door of the refrigerator. After our trip, Joel messaged me to let me know they would retain $450 of my $500 deposit because of the dent. When I contacted him, he told me that the stainless steel outer portion of the door is not available, so the entire door would need to be replaced. The estimate was $232 for the door and $198 for 1 hour of labor. To Joel's credit, he was very transparent and forwarded me the actual estimate. Personally, I feel this is excessive given the size of the dent and the fact that it is purely cosmetic. Given the setup of the RV, I'm also willing to bet this is a common occurrence for this model of RV (and will likely happen to this RV again in the future). I cannot dispute the case, because it was damage that occurred during my rental and therefore I am responsible. The only way to get rid of the dent is to replace the entire door, so here we are. I truly feel Billy and Joel want all renters to have an excellent experience. If all goes well, you will be thrilled. If anything goes wrong, be prepared to pay for parts (if they are available) and a $200/hour labor rate.

Just wonderful! We really enjoy our family road trip with the RV, very clean, all working perfectly and confortable mats. Easy communication with the owners and we appreciate their flexibility.

The RV was quite nice. Love the 2 queen size beds and was glad I got the linen package. The RV is quite easy to drive and easy to set up and enjoy.
