Desiree, the host, was receptive and communicative. The unit is great, like brand new. The bunks would be great for smaller kids, but our 15 year old son struggled to sleep there. We could have used a few little things in the kitchen and some camp chairs would have been perfect! But we had a great time and were very comfortable in the RV.
