The entire experience on our 3 day rental was fantastic. First, Randall is incredible and his customer service is off the charts great! Second, the Mercedes Pax Sprinter was super comfortable for 10 of us (4 teenagers and 6 adults) and very easy to drive. A very powerful diesel engine was great for highway driving. We will definitely using this service again.

I don’t think it was cleaned very well before we got it. We ended up stopping at a gas station to get Windex and clean off all the windows. But overall I was comfortable for nine people.

The Sprinter was very luxurious. The photos does no justice. Also Randall was very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything on the sprinter. Overall great experience

Randall was a fantastic and accommodating host. Very responsive and great service. The van was in great condition, drove well and was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely book again.

The renter was extremely friendly and thorough with regard to the instructions on operating the Sprinter. He was prompt for both the delivery and pick up of the vehicle. He also gave my traveling group some great dining recommendations.
