Pickup was easy, communication was good. We did not expect to provide all of our own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels which caused extra expense and time.

Renting from Josh and Katie was an extremely smooth process. They were really flexible regarding pickup and drop off and Josh did a great job walking us through the ins and outs of the vehicle at pickup. The vehicle was in great shape and it had everything we needed for our trip. I would highly recommend renting from Josh and Katie for your next camping adventure!

This was our first time renting an RV through any site, and the process was super smooth. It was also our first time driving or traveling in an RV and there was certainly a learning curve! Any drawbacks were not because of the unit or the owners, because Josh and Katie were super helpful! Katie gave me a suggested packing list when I inquired (bring some hand towels! I hadn't thought of that and had to pick some up!) Josh was very prompt with texting and answering questions and giving detailed instructions on how to empty the poop tank. yay. We drove over 5,000 miles and got to know the RV and the experience very well. The unit was certainly clean. We'd definitely recommend renting from this family!
