Jasmine was amazing. She saved our trip with a last minute same day booking due to another RV we had booked, canceling. She was very attentive and helpful the entire trip. The RV was clean, well maintained and easy to use. We started our trip dry camping for 2 nights, then campsite with hook ups for 1 night. Our son and puppy are pictured enjoying the top bunk :)Initially our trip was for 2 nights and we had to extend due to our F150 truck breaking down and going into the shop. Jasmine was very flexible with extending and accommodating.We did call roadside assistance as the RV wouldn’t start when we were to end our trip, thankfully, we were only camping 15 minutes away from her and dealing with road side assistance was easy. things just happen that are out of our control!Highly recommend renting from Jasmine as we give her 5 stars across the board. Her entire family is lovely. We will definitely rent from them again. They helped make our stroke of bad luck, into a positive situation, so Thank you!
