The rv was obviously an older unit (no place to put your coffee cups, etc.) but most things worked fine. Our only real problem was filling the water tank which we were unable to do. Rueben was friendly and helpful.

RV is old as listed and I was not expecting anything other than that.
The issue that we had was old tires.
Throughout our trip on 2 separate occasions a tire blew on the highway.
Prior to this they were leaking air.
The owner agreed with a hand shake to split the cost of 2 tires. Now the owner wants me to replace his old tires plus any issues he finds with his aging RV.
Safety and lack of honesty should steer you away from this rental and try something a little newer.
Overall a stressful experience not knowing what would go wrong next.

Tim, you knowingly drove on a flat tire for three days, in hot conditions. Outdoorsy knows because you messaged me and said that. Dual tires on a large heavy vehicle, even on new vehicles, will overheat and both will eventually fail when one goes flat. Now the tires need to be matched with the ones already on the unit, that's safe, that's the law. There are no other issues.

The RV was in a sad state of repair. With many issues. Fridge not working, about 1/3 to 1/2 of our food spoiled because of this. Drain on sink was leaking, causing some of our items to get soaked. Sewer drain hose had multiple leaks. Back awning bracket not secured to the body of the motor home, properly. Came undone on the way to our destination. Both fuel gauges showed full on pickup. But when I ran the back tank empty, and switched to the front tank, it only registered 1/4 full. But I was required to fill Both tanks. When we mentioned these issues to Rueben, he basically called me a liar. He got mad, and lost his temper, and started swearing at us. He doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Seems that once he gets the money, he could care less about the customer. Hopefully he addresses these issues so the next customer doesn't have the same lousy experience we had. Also on his advertisement for this RV he states that it is a 32 footer,when actually it is 28 feet long. This is the worst rental experience we have ever had.

You paid a low price for an older model RV. It is a 1986 Motorhome, we fix the issues as they arise, and they do. Everything is fixed now and working great, thanks for letting us know. Requirements are to bring the unit back the way you received it, clean, dumped and fueled. Outdoorsy can see your angry hateful messages from before your trip even started. Why? I should have expected being yelled at for 15 minutes after your trip. It's abusive. You are angry people, so very angry. No one should endure that. Renters like you make me want to stop renting our unit.
