For an older RV that has obviously been on many trips, it worked great for us. Mary was a helpful and communicative host.

Mary was an excellent host! She was responsive on all our many communications and was diligent to get back in a timely manner. She is very professional yet is very soft and treats you like family! When we showed up to pick up our rental, she brought our daughter to pick blueberries at her home so my wife and I could have an opportunity to pack up the RV. I would recommend this host 100%! 5 stars

Mary was wonderful to work with! We did have a small mechanical issue (that turned out to be just low power steering fluid) and caused some headaches at the very end of our trip, but those headaches were due to dealing with Outdoorsy’s useless roadside assistance, not due to Mary. She was absolutely wonderful at helping us deal with the issue, and I would not hesitate to do business with her again.
