Jose was great! We were missing a few minor helpful items that he plans to add for future guests (hand towels/baking sheet). Plenty of bath towels, soap, towels, and paper supplies. The unit was just what we needed and he had it hooked up and ready for us early. He is very professional, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend!!!

The trailer was a wonderful way to spend our time at the grand canyon. Jose delivered the trailer to the trailer village and gave us a clear to understand review of how to use the trailer. Then he left and we were good the whole way through. Noobie advice though: Make sure you call the RV park ahead of time to authorize the delivery person to set up your rented trailer in your spot. Thanks for being patient with a new renter like me Jose!!

Jose and his wife were great!
This is an annual trip with friends and family, and Jose made sure that our trailer was delivered and set up for our 5-day trip.
My only suggestion is to make sure you are clear with your host about your needs. We were planning on using one of the bunk beds for an adult. The trailer we rented had bunk beds for children. The couch pulls out to make a bed, but we'd rather not have to do that for a 5-day trip.
Otherwise, everything was excellent!

This camper was great! It had everything we needed and more. There was a little miscommunication with pick up time but Jose was amazing to work with and was incredibly helpful and generous. We will definitely be renting from him again.

Jose and his RV were excellent. It was clean, the master bedroom mattress was comfortable, he was quick to respond to questions and overall very helpful. The only negative is the bunkhouse beds were pretty uncomfortable, a thin pad over some plywood. But kids don’t care about things like that and they were fine! An adult might have a hard time though. Overall, the camper met our needs perfectly and I would not hesitate to rent from Jose again!
