The trailer brake did not work. There was a fault. When I reached out the owner did not respond in a timely fashion. It was regarding the trailer brakes. No offer to rectify the situation.
Also, I rented the unit until Tuesday at 5pm. I received an email from outdoorsy stating I had to return the unit on the 6 th. I did so by 7 pm. I paid for a full day of which I was not able to use the unit.

Alex was great. The truck preformed well. 3 grown men comfortably slept in the tent during a thunderstorm and were bone dry.

The trailer is awesome! The host was not as responsive as we would have liked in this situation and the generator we paid extra for was out of gas when we picked it up and didn’t realize that until we got to our camp site.

Truck got us where we needed to be. The rent was comfy and warm. Cooler rental
Was solid and kept ice for quite awhile. A few lights when on ie: check engine and a tire pressure which the owner was checking out when we returned and didn’t impact our trip.

Communication was a little clunky but Alex was flexible and the RV is great ! It’s not super new, but it was perfect for our purposes. We had trouble trying to get the table bed installed ; if you need this for your trip I recommend getting a tutorial on pickup.

Everything was great. Alex communicated well. The truck was ready to go and we had an awesome time camping in Idaho. Would love to do this again.

Overall, a decent trailer, but not as ready for off the grid living as described. It’s basically a box trailer with a bed and sink. For example, fridge requires shore power or a generator to run 24/7 for it to work vs many camper fridges run off the propane.

The trailer was in good constantly and has everything that we needed for our trip to Redfish with our family. The generator was very heavy to get in and out of the trailer, but was very handy to have.

Truck and tent were great! Host was responsive and pickup/drop-off were seamless. May be booking same rig in about a year for a solo trip 👀👀
