Jim went above and beyond to help us fix our trailer hitch, thoroughly review the trailer so that we were comfortable, go over the paperwork, and he also had a great sense of humor! The trailer was cozy, sturdy, and thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend renting Jim and Stephanie's trailer. Fantastic experience!!
