First, the steering wheel shakes pretty violently above 60mph (not sure if that is bad alignment or bad tires or what). Second, after multiple confirmations that batteries will work without shore power, the house batteries died after the first night and we couldn't cook or get hot water. I asked this question multiple times and the owner confirmed we would have no issue. The 2018-2020 model year are well known to have a problem with this and Winnebago has corrected it with Lithium ion systems in subsequent model years (2021+). The owner knows this and made an effort not to disclose it. I found that pretty disappointing. All in all, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

This was our first time using a Sprinter Van and it was awesome! The vehicle drives wonderfully and fits in a standard parking stall. It was easy to hook up at the RV park and to stand alone when trekking. Would highly recommended renting the can and exploring the country side.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Tosh was very responsive in the booking process and accommodated our last-minute changes to lengthen our time. At pickup Tosh was great at explaining all the amenities and controls of the van. The Van is easy to drive and easy to maneuver in tight spots. We truly enjoyed our week vacation traveling to many beautiful national parks in this little mobile home away from home. We are looking forward to our next adventure traveling in pebbles the van. Tosh thank you for sharing your van with us.
