Communication with the host was very good. No complaints there. But the coach was very “tired” and has seen it’s share of abuse. Not sure if it was worth the nightly cost but we made it work.

Nikki was great! She was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The RV was perfect for our national parks trip! Everything works great.

Unfortunately, our previous renter took the unit to Burning Man and the mess that we encountered on the return was unmanageable to clean and get ready for a quick turn-around for the rental. We don't like to cancel as we understand the planning that goes into renting the unit. We worked with Outdoorsy to find a new rental for these folks to help them out as much as we could. thanks

Nikki was a total pleasure to work with. The RV was absolutely perfect for us and our three fur-babies. Everything works like it should the vehicle drove good. It was clean when we picked it up and I did my best to clean it when I left it. Sorry I might’ve left a few dog hairs.
