Super escapade, tout était parfait ! Myriam et Daniel sont extrêmement sympathique et ils ont pris le temps de bien nous expliquer tous les détails avant notre départ. La caravane est super bien équipée, ils ont pensé à tout, en plus d’être confortable et très propre. Si vous voulez voyager l’esprit tranquille c’est exactement ce qu’il vous faut. Pur bonheur ....

It was overall an excellent experience. Myriam and Daniel are great hosts who explained the ins and outs of the camper thoroughly before we hit the road. The only hic was the insurance charge which we found to be rather expensive especially because in Canada most people already have a CAA insurance for roadside help. Myriam and Daniel also were not in the know about the high charge and contacted Outdoorsy to have us getting a rebate retro-actively which the agent at Outdoorsy said was possible. ( 15$ a day). However when we contacted Outdoorsy ourselves the agent told us nothing whatsoever was discussed about a rebate and the only rebate we could get was from the owners themselves........?? I would suggest to Outdoorsy to include the insurance charge right from the beginning so there will be no surprises. We ended up paying approximately 35% more than what we thought would be the charge. For the rest nothing but positive things to say about the camper and the trip. Thanks, Harm Duzink
