Trip Started out With us being concerned that the covid clean protocol was not followed.

I was not in a hurry... Renter was antsy to get out. Orientation took almost 45 minutes. Was not happy signing our own SRA per our COMMERCIAL insurance. Unit is cleaned per CDC guidelines. Bleach is not the only thing we use. AC unit was tested, and was working correctly. Refrigerator worked after testing after return. We supply "Generic" items. Soap...Sponges...Mugs... We do not supply. Pots and pans are in the kitchen cabinet. We don't supply WIFI anymore, and had removed from listing. Renter was discounted regardless of the fact that NO ISSUES were ever brought to our attention until the last night of the rental. Rear damage was done by the renter, and photo proof to that fact is in our posession. Photos of food, and dirty dishes don't count I guess. NO other renter in 4 years has ever made any claims even close to this. Some people just like to try to get something for FREE whenever they get a chance.

We saw the mountains of Shenandoah and the ocean at Delaware and NJ. John was great in educating me
on the RV use and driving of the RV. It’s was everything I imagined in RVing. The Coachman was very roomy and easy to hook up to all utilities. The bed as comfortable and AC and Heat worked great. It was so much fun and already thinking of booking again...
