Great RV experience! Derek was so easy to communicate with and very responsive with any questions we had. The RV is really clean inside and is well taken care of. It was the perfect space for our family and we hope to rent it again soon!

Derek was helpful getting the trailer initially set up, however, I was very disappointed when I did my initial walk through of the trailer. The exterior of the trailer was very dirty and had not appeared to have been washed for a while. The photographs online do not accurately represent the trailer’s current condition. The trailer has obvious signs of wear and tear with the laminate on the cabinets peeling off in both the kitchen and bathroom. When we got the trailer home, the bathroom door fell off the hinges, as did the pantry door. There was dog hair and sand on all of the beds from the person who previously rented the trailer and I found a dirty sock covered in dog hair next to the primary Murphy bed at the front of the trailer. The refrigerator door does not close and lock properly while the trailer and tow vehicle is in transit and we lost a lot of our refrigerated goods on our way to the campsite. Also, the shower head holder was broken and the toggle that switches from the bath to shower head repeatedly kept breaking during our trip, after being temporarily fixed each time. On the positive side, the appliances work appropriately and the trailer towed easily. The tires on the trailer were fairly new and both propane tanks were full when we picked it up. Unfortunately, due to the poor condition of the trailer, I have to give Derek a rating of 2 stars. I think this trailer has reached its peak in being rented, unless significant improvements are made to get the trailer back to a condition one would expect, as well as improvements in cleanliness, especially when Derek charges $150 cleaning fee.

The RV felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious for our group and had all the essentials needed for our trip. Driving it was easy! Derek was so communicative and helpful from the moment I reached out to the end. Even when there was some stuff we couldn’t figure out, Derek went above and beyond to help. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Definitely recommend 100%!

Host was great! Tip for those who plan to hook up to campsite, water hose onboard is a 25fter . If you plan to hook up bring a long hose just in case. Also, Rv was not represented well via photos. Current conditions inside was pretty worn.

we had a awesome trip it’s great having a smaller one if it’s your first time it’s a lot like driving a U-Haul so if you’ve done that before it will feel natural! Easy drop off and pick up

Everything worked well and the unit was nice and clean. Derek did a great job explaining how everything worked. We really enjoyed our quick getaway.

this was my first experience towing a trailer and I sure am glad it was with Derek. not only did he provide all of the hardware necessary, but also many furnishings, appliances and even silverware and cookware. the trailer is in great shape, everything works and I really appreciated that he took 30 minutes to train me on the operations.
