My husband and I just returned from a birthday AND 4th of July week vacation in wine country -PASO ROBLES, CA and had such a great time. We have been on several camping trips and this by far is our favorite RV. New and updated with everything working in proper order. The RV was clean and user friendly. Carlos was very helpful and available for any questions. Instructions were clear and concise. What a spectacular vacation and a fabulous RV made it even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend this RV and will definitely rent from Carlos and Carolina in the future.

Carlos and Carolina are amazing hosts. The RV was meticulously clean. Carlos took his time to thoroughly go through all of the operations of the RV and provided us documentation and Videos for references. I did use both... They reached out during our trip just to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything.

I'm giving this one 5 STARS! Not only was this RV perfect for our family, but the level of communication with owners, whenever needed, was stellar.This was my very first experience renting an RV for a camping trip with my family. It was also the first time driving/operating an RV of this size. We were 6 people including my wife, the grandparents, and my children who are ages 2 and 4. I was looking for a safe, comfortable, and clean rental, and we found exactly that. This RV is beautiful, clean, and easy to operate. I was a little nervous at first about handling electrical, water, and sewage hookups. Also a little nervous about driving the 31 foot RV. However, Carlos and Carolina provided instructional videos as well as written instructions, in advance of departure, which allowed me to review and get acquainted with operating procedures prior to departure day. When I finally met Carlos, and walked through it all, it really solidified what I had read about and reviewed on video. I recommend this approach if it’s your first time. Carlos also took me for a test drive which was a good confidence booster. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and that's why i'm writing this well deserved review.

Loved this RV! Carlos was sweet and he did a great job going over and explaining everything. It was fully equipped and very clean which was my number one priority. And it was perfect for our family of 5. Would highly recommend. Thank you Carlos!

Excellent motor home and excellent people we rented this super clean unit from. We have rented other motor homes in the past and hands down this was the best experience.

We had a great experience renting this brand new RV from Carlos and Carolina. They did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked and made themselves immediately available for any questions we may have had. They delivered it on time and made the whole process convenient and easy. The vehicle itself was super clean and spacious and everything was in fine working order. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The a/c was a lifesaver on the 100 degree days when we were camping. They also provided us with plenty of extras including lawn chairs and a box of great outdoor activities from horseshoes to volleyballs. As nice as the RV was, the Baffigo's support and willingness to "walk us through" our first RV experience is what really made our trip great!

What a fantastic motorhome and rental experience! It was an absolutely perfect trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon, as well as a few stops on Route 66. Carlos and Carolina genuinely feel like good friends who let us use their RV for a family vacation. Since it was my first time driving an RV they met me the week before to give me a lesson and a tutorial on how to use the vehicle. They also provided videos for reference while we were on the road, which came in handy when I wanted to light the pilot in the oven. They delivered it to our house, which already made it feel five star and the RV was immaculate. It seriously felt like we were the first people to use it. The RV is comfortable to drive (manageable at 31 feet long, even for someone new to RVing) and feels very spacious when you are stopped and the slide-outs are extended. There were four of us camping for the week, two adults and two kids, and it felt like we could spread out and have our own space. Little things like a decent size shower make a big difference, as well as two rooftop AC units, and a large fridge/freezer. We actually got several compliments on the RV when we were at various campgrounds. While we were on the road, Carlos and Carolina stayed in contact and were available 24/7 for any issues or questions that came up. In addition, the RV was stocked with road maps, games, binoculars, a telescope, and various camping essentials, such as a grill, chairs, a hammock, and more! When I mentioned that something in the RV was damaged, their first concern was that it wouldn't interrupt our trip and that we were having a great time. It didn't, and we had an amazing time. The next time we take a road trip I will call Carlos and Carolina to see if their RV is available. I highly recommend!
