BEST ROAD TRIP EVER!!!! My boyfriend and I took the pups to the Lake of the Ozarks and enjoyed the amenities of home but on the road!! Icy cold A/C, spacious, super comfy bed, and a full mini kitchen for all the cooking needs! Thank you so much Absolute Rentals for an amazing RV road trip adventure!!!

The people at absolute were really amazing friendly had the mama bear all set up very nicely really went through everything and communicated with me very well My two sons and my disabled wife took a 20-day vacation in the RV and it was an absolute amazing fun time we went to the Grand canyon and then to bullhead City Arizona had a blast all the way and all the way back really loved it and we were definitely be going back

We really loved our family trip in humble momma bear! Our family became closer than ever, and we explored beautiful scenery in Texas at state parks. We had some hiccups along the way because we knew nothing about RV'ing, but Absolute Rentals was always there to help and guide us. My husband was able to handle everything. It was great! The company was very professional and polite. Five stars from us.

When we picked up the RV, it was plugged into a power source, so when they showed us briefly how to start the generator, everything seemed to be in good working order. However, when we drove the RV to our house to load it up for the trip, the generator wasn’t working. We called and tried to troubleshoot with the owner and were told that it was likely just overheated and should work soon... we wanted to get started with our trip, so despite the RV being 94 degrees inside, we started our trip.The generator NEVER worked. And so the a/c in the RV didn’t work either, making it unbearably hot in the RV. The a/c in the front dashboard was only working intermittently as well, compounding the problem. Once the RV wasn’t connected to a power source, the fridge started to heat up and was useless. The water pump wouldn’t work without power either, so we couldn’t use the toilet or sinks. We really couldn’t use any of the functionality of the RV unless we decided to change our travel plans and hook it up at an RV park... The fact that the windshield wipers were in bad need of replacement also became clear along the drive when we hit some bad weather and could hardly see the road. The entire experience with the RV was really terrible.When we handed off the RV it was in the same condition as when we had picked it up. The inspection was fine. Then we get a call a day or two later saying that 2 of the tires were flat and need to be replaced. This is absurd! How could we have driven it for 30+ hours with two flat tires and not noticed that while driving or when we did the return inspection? It seemed like they were trying to come up with excuses to get more money out of us.

Back up camera was broken which created parking issues the entire trip. Tires were not in good shape, in fact one blew on us causing damage that we are being forced to pay for and an extremely unpleasant and fearful experience. Spare tire was even worse! Hose didn’t work so we couldn’t hook up to outside water but we just filled the internal tank instead. Owner was very rude upon return of RV (due to damages). He was patronizing and intimidating. It wasn’t until I got upset and said he was making me uncomfortable that he changed his tone and demeanor and tried to be cordial. The wife was very pleasant though but unfortunately wasn’t home when we returned the RV. She was the one I had been communicating to the entire time and was very nice. Overall, had we not had the damage issues that I have to now try and find a way to pay for (even though they were not my fault) or had the owner not been so rude, the rental would have been good.

We had a great trip! The RV was in great shape, clean and easy to operate- even for first-timers like us! Jimmy and Ana were very accommodating and available to answer all of our questions. We had a great trip and would rent again!
One word of caution— be very careful in wooded areas not to drive too close to tree branches. The dark exterior paint color is not forgiving and shows every little scratch.

We really enjoyed renting from the Garza’s. This was our first experience on Outdoorsy, and we had everything we needed for a fun trip without any worries. This RV is easy to drive, and we loved the “desert” theme. Everything worked well, and the family enjoyed themselves! What more can you ask for.. it
