Great RV for a weekend getaway

This was our first time renting or camping in an RV. Between Outdoorsy and Dimitry who is the owner of the RV, we had a great experience. This RV was large enough for a family of 4 adults and a puppy. Although an older model, it is newly remodeled and served our needs well…would highly recommend!

We had a great time in the RV with our family of 7. Connecting to 120 power was easy and the ac worked great. We didn’t use the water facilities because we were parked at a friends house where we had access to a home based bathroom. My oldest loved the upper loft bed.
I would suggest getting shown how the canopy works first hand by the owner as it was a little confusing at first, but once I understood, it was was easy, especially with two people.
Owner is extremely responsive and helpful, and take pride and care of the vehicle.

We had booked the RV for 2 nights for visiting Shasta Trinity National Park from San Jose.
Dmitry was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip.

Dmitry was so nice and accommodating! We had a horrible experience with the first RV we were trying to get, and Dmitry was able to get us his last minute the night before our trip. It was beautiful inside and extremely clean. Everything ran great and we had no issues! He responded promptly to any concerns and made our trip very easy. I would definitely recommend using this RV and would book again in the future!

We had a bunch of issues with the RV - some of which may be due to Dmitry being a bit extra confident with the RV. Note that he has only owned this RV for less than a year. However, Dmitry was very responsive to every issue and was reachable throughout the trip.When we went to pick up the RV, Dmitry was trying to jumpstart the RV battery with his car. After an hour or so and no luck he decided to use the Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance setup for the renter (even though we still hadn't officially taken over the RV yet). The roadside assistance only came equipped to jumpstart and not actually test the battery charging rate. The guy in the tow truck actually said he doesn't know much about batteries!On the trip - day 2 when we were getting ready to leave, the engine battery gave up and we couldn't move the rig. We luckily got a jumpstart from a helpful neighbor at the RV park. Outdoorsy roadside assistance wasn't much of a help. They couldn't organize delivering a new battery. So we drove 30 miles (in the opposite direction that we wanted to go) to pick up a new battery. The Autozone guy who helped replace the battery looked at the slight bulge in the old one and could tell right away that it needed replacement. We lost 5 hours in the process and are usable daylight hours for that day.On the last day, another issue surfaced. The grey water release lever didn't completely lock even though it was pushed in to as much as it can go. Dmitry and I had video-called about this earlier in the trip. The lever is somewhat tight in opening and closing since the cable is pretty long. When emptying the holding tanks before return there was a puddle of grey water that I had to deal with and then I had to hose it all off with clean water.Again, if you are looking to rent from Dmitry - know that he is quite responsive but the RV needs these issues fixed. He reimbursed me for the new battery and said he will request a refund for half (??) a day of lost time from Outdoorsy. We haven't heard from him abt that refund. Regardless, this didn't seem considerate and didn't showcase commitment to being an excellent RV owner and I didn't think there was any point in arguing this any further.

Dmitry is a nice guy. He introduces everything about the RV, which makes my first RV trip is very easy and comfortable. His vehicle is in excellent condition. Looking forward to the next trip with this RV again.

The perfect experience. All of the comfort in a super clean well maintained RV. Great flexibility (we added a night) and really nice owner. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip with RV and It was an awesome trip. The owner was very friendly and he responded to our message very quickly. RV looks and works great and had no issue on our trip. The listing accuracy was perfect.
