The host was 5 star. Outdoorsy is a 3 star. Nothing seems to work on this website.
I tried to give an overall rating but it would not work. Also verifying drivers was a nightmare. I sent email to another person (and to be fair it went to spam) but the website said verify, and we went through the process and it said OK. Verify never happened. Tried for 2 weeks with 2 other drivers and nothing. Finally I called and they said they have to answer the email. If that is so, then why let me go through the process without the email? Also, I wanted to send a message to host. I clicked the send message and got a screen that said HI STEVE. Then in the box it said...SEND MESSAGE TO RON HUTCHINSON which is me. I did not want to send a message to myself. Website needs work.

The RV was extremely clean and everything worked well. The host was very helpful to orient us to the RV since we hadn't driven one before and was easy to get a hold of when we had questions during the trip. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Kathy and Steve were great hosts and explained everything very well. They were also super organized and everything in the motorhome was well planned. The motorhome is like new - it definitely exceeded our expectations. We ended up having 90+ degree temps and we probably tested the AC and it kept us nice and cool. Definitely will rent from them again.

Steve and Kathy were incredible hosts and I would recommend them to everyone! It was my first time renting an RV and I was a bit intimidated at first, but Steve and Kathy made it so easy! They really did go above and beyond in so many ways to help us have the perfect camping trip. The RV was perfect — in wonderful condition, clean, easy to drive — and the perfect home base for our camping trip. Our kids loved it and can’t wait to go RV camping again!!

This was our 3rd time renting from Steve and Cathy and it was great as usual! The RV was perfectly clean and so well stocked. Drives pretty easily (for a giant lumbering RV) and is perfect for our annual beach week on Lake Michigan. I highly recommend renting from Steve and Cathy, and going to one of the state parks on Lake Michigan.

Kathy is amazing and we appreciate her thoughtfulness. We had an amazing vacation with our family. We drove the RV to Cedar Point Park and stayed at the Lighthouse. The RV is fully equipped and rides so smoothly. The Queen serta bed was extremely comfortable and a pleasant bonus. We can't wait to rent from Kathy and Steve again!

This is our second time renting from Kathy and she was very helpful and responsive as always. The motor home was nicely furnished and very comfortable. This vehicle is our favorite set up so far as everything is where you need it and it's easy to relax and enjoy the vacation. We highly recommend.

We had an excellent trip and could not have been happier with the RV and hosts. Steve and Kathy provided excellent communication and detailed instructions that made operation a breeze for an unexperienced RV camper.

Kathy is responsive and RVs mechanical condition was great but The toilet was leaking right from the start, was unable to use toilet for entire 6 days in trip and had to struggle for using rest rooms and showers along trip. Kathy tried to get a solution to fix but was unable to which kind of disappointed our RV experience .
