The RV was lovely! Sparkling clean and brand new. Thanks to Joel delivery and pick up were super easy. The air conditioning worked really well and my friends were very comfortable. It also has an outdoor speaker which was a fun feature while bbqing!

Rv had blackish on plumbing and we were not able to use plumbing at all. Owner said they had problems with lock before. We were locked inside trailer for over an hour until we took lock apart. We bought insurance with rental and deductible was never discussed. A defective Rv was delivered and I am having to pay for something that was already damaged. Will never rent from outdoorsy again. I plan to file a complaint with BBB and Texas Atty general's office. I will also file a suit against owner. He told us the door was a 10 dollar part.

The RV is literally 2 months old and in pristine condition. The locking mechanism worked just fine at delivery, as illustrated for the renter at hand off. The septic line also worked just fine at delivery. We pride ourselves on being responsive and helpful in any way, but the renter did not communicate any issues with the door/latch until we returned to pick up the rig. At that point, the renter had cracked the door in two spots and bent the metal door frame, causing extensive damage. Renter safety is our primary concern. All we ask is that you communicate with us so we can assist, which was not the case in this circumstance.

RV owner was amazing he was very communicative and understanding. He was quick to respond to any questions. RV was clean and everything was very nice.

This RV was wonderful for our family of 4! Great space and very comfortable. The AC & Heater worked great for the fluctuation of weather we had and we will definitely rent again. Joel was very responsive and kind and made Pick Up /Drop Off very easy.

Great experience with these owners. Friendly l and communication was great too. The rig is laid out very nicely inside with good storage inside and out. We have a 15 and a 16 year old. One of which is 6’2” the other 5’2”. Both proclaimed to like the space int the bunks and bunk room area. Thank you for helping make out trip enjoyable and stress free.
