Griselda was very responsive and helpful. Delivery was late due to a tire blowout and pickup was delayed due to an issue with the truck. One propane tank was completely empty when the RV was delivered, and the other ran out during the trip leaving us without hot water. My husband had to spend a couple hours finding a place near the small town we were staying in and driving to get it refilled. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience during our trip, and thankfully we were able to troubleshoot and handle. The RV itself had a great layout and we really enjoyed it. Note- there are only pans, no pots, in the kitchen.

Our experience with Griselda and her 2020 Keystone Hideout 28RKS was positive. The trailer was one of the cleanest we've ever rented and the layout was perfect for us. It was stocked with the essentials and fortunately didn't have lots of unnecessary or duplicate items; which left plenty of room for our belongings. There was a delay getting the unit set up, but it was quickly resolved and we didn't encounter any other issues. We would definitely rent this trailer and from Griselda again. Thank you, Griselda!!

They were very helpful. Trailer is in great shape and very comfortable. When our friends needed repair to their personal trailer, Griselda and her husband helped them find a repair service that came to the campsite and fixed them up.

We had a fantastic trip! Griselda was very responsive and helpful and answered all of my dumb first time renter questions. Kevin and Jose had it all set up when we arrived and were super kind in explaining how it all worked and recommending local sightseeing options. The RV was just as pictured, clean, and stocked with everything we needed (and the AC worked great in 90 degree weather). We all slept well in the comfortable beds. We absolutely would rent again from Griselda and will recommend her RVs to friends.
