Upon arrival, the camper was pulled up to the gazebo so couldn't use the awning. Walk in and there is trash everywhere, live and dead bugs on the bunks and master bedroom, sewer wasn't hooked up, fridge full of mold, shower curtain molded, glass above bathroom sink dirty, and breaker already tripped so no air. Then walk back outside and learned we couldn't use the awning even if it wasn't parked the way it was because it was broken at one of of joints.. Called outdoorsy, they told me they would get in touch with owner, but for me to leave my number on the messages for the owner to also call me directly. He called, I explained what we walked into. Offered to take pictures and did. Sent pictures to owner via direct contact number.Get the breaker flipped on, cleaned up camper and killed bugs. He reimbursed us for me to clean his camper. He also stated he would have someone come out and hook up sewer. 6hrs later still no sewer and get a text from the owner stating someone would come next day. This is all day one.As we continue with day 2, still no sewer hookup until later afternoon.Air then goes out in the afternoon. Freezes. I call him and he does nothing. Had to personally purchase fans to get through the nights.. Then terrible sewer back up smell using the toilet so had to go to bath house every time.. Remainder if the trip is pretty much ruined because of the false advertising he has noted on the rental, lack of customer service and willingness to compensate for the issues we had.NOW, I get a call from the travelpark that he hasn't picked up the camper! Now I get to be charged while he is telling me it was picked up. Overall, pictures on outdoorsy are very deceiving and hope he will do the right thing, pick up his camper and reimburse for the extra time we are being charged for on the lot as it is still not picked up along with reimbursing us more for the issues we had.Worst experience ever
