Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm. - Check-Out: 11 am. - Must depart by 1 p.m. - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. - A late check-out may be available by request and is offered at $10 per hour. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Policy - There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation. - By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. Age Requirement - Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. - Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person. Rates and Payments - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. - All RV rates include two (2) adults. - 1 RV per site and up to 2 vehicles included in the rate. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. Damages and Fees - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. RV Regulations - RV Regulations: RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - No more than one RV is allowed per site. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. Pets Policy - Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. - Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.
