Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time 2 pm - 9 pm. - Check-out time is 12 noon. - Arrival time is 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM - A $10 Fee applies for early check-in between noon and 2 pm with prior approval. - Please call first for availability. - No check-ins after 9 pm. - Absolutely no check-ins before 12:00 noon. - If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. - RV sites are assigned upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campsites - All RV sites and park facilities are for registered guests only. - Specific site requests are considered but not guaranteed. - Tent site maximum occupancy is 2 persons of any age. - Mats and rugs are not allowed on the grass. - Dishwashing is not permitted in the bathrooms. Quiet Time - Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and the music and outdoor lights are turned off. Visitors - Visitors must be approved by the office. - No Visitors allowed after 10:00 PM. Vehicle Policy - Loud vehicles must be parked on the street or moved to the street before starting the engine. - Please avoid extended idling of all vehicles while on Park property. - Electric car charging requires is not permitted. - An additional fee applies. Sewer - All RVs connecting to the Park's sewer must use a hose with an airtight connector on both ends of the sewer hose. - Connectors are available for sale in the store. Fire Policy - No open wood fires are allowed. - Propane and charcoal fires may be allowed in approved containers. - Please check with the office for fire restrictions. Smoking Policy - Please note: This is a Smoke-Free facility. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the park except inside your own RV or vehicle. Wildlife - We are in bear country! - Never leave food, pet food, or garbage out during the day or at night. - It is against Colorado State law to feed the deer or any other big game animal. Rates - RV Rates include 4 persons and one passenger vehicle, and one RV per space. - Rates for additional people over 18 years are $5.00 per day. Auto-Collect - The fee for the full stay is collected at the time of purchase. - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All Pets entering the Park must have current rabies vaccines. - Pets must be kept on a 6 ft. leash at all times. - Please clean up after your pet in the park and around town. - Pets may not be left unattended. - Aggressive dogs and excessive barking will not be tolerated. - The rate includes 2 pets; $ 3/day fee applies for 1 additional pet. - Max 3 pets per site. Holiday and Special Event - 2 Nights minimum on Holiday and Special Event weekends. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Liability - La Veta Pines RV Park is privately owned, and all guests are using the Park at their own risk. - Guests accept park privileges with the understanding that he/she agrees to indemnify and hold harmless La Veta Pines RV Park LLC, its officers, and employees of all liability of loss, damage, or injury to property or persons arising out of guest's use of the park. - Guests further agree to pay for any damage or loss caused by them, family members or their guests to the park property, equipment or facilities or the damages or losses they cause other guests of the park. Campground Disclaimer - Failure to comply with the above-stated rules will be grounds for removal from the park without refund.
